4Excellent

Finally, a food/nutrition book on kindle written by someone with actual qualifications. The author is a nutritionist and knows what she's talking about. The book is easy to read and understand and includes many recipes. My only complaint is that it's missing pages 49-50

5I love this book!
By BusyMom
I got this nutrition book for my Christmas present and while I thought I knew a fair amount about nutrition I was amazed how much I learned. I especially loved how it explained the science behind each topic (for example the cold pressed/expelled oils - which made me go into my pantry and look at labels and then go out and buy some better oils). The explanations were nice and short. The recipes are so easy and my teenagers love everything I've tried.
