This is more like a high-school book report of a book called "essential oils encyclopedia." The information is so basic that chances are you already know everything in it and could come up with almost the same information if you had to pretend to know something about essential oils to impress someone. Unless you have zero, I mean absolutely no idea, what essential oils are look for another book.

Everything You Would Ever Wanted to Know About Essential Oils

This one seems to be a nice collection of several books written by the author about the different aspect or applications of essential oil. The information is quite exhaustive and you will hundreds of applications of different essential oils. You can just think of the application and it is covered in this book be it weight loss, head ache relief, stress relief or cold and flu treatment. Then there are the applications in Hair care , Skin Care and allergy treatment.

The language is simple and easy to Understand and the book covers almost everything you would ever want to know about essential oils.

EO can be dangerous for kids and consumption is a big no no. This book makes that suggestion right at the get go. This books offers advice that could be very harmful, I deleted it.
