An excellent and therapeutic read!
By Ayesha S
An excellent and therapeutic read! This book helps us mothers to identify the guilt we feel, subconsciously much of the time whilst we are trying to balance absolutely everything - and tells us not to despair, we can do something about it! This book takes you on this sensitive journey to healing yourself, from offering practical advice to various exercises you can undertake to help you take charge of your life, which in turn will free you up to nurture your loved ones and create a happy, loving environment. Amber poignantly reminds us we are all deserving mothers, and by listening and taking care of our own needs, we can ensure we are 'guilt free', and put our positive energies into ensuring a happy family all round.

Good reminders and nice to know I'm not the only one!
By Lisa
I could relate to this book well in terms of the guilt associated with being a Mom. The first half of it was a bit of a struggle to read because I was very eager to learn how to help myself, which is organized in the last half of the book. Amber had some good reminders and tips on how to help yourself, but I didn't get much help on how to drop the guilt. I did enjoy the case studies in the end. As moms we all have different struggles, it was helpful to see how several started living guilt-free in their own circumstances. A short read and worth that!
