A Man in Many Streets is an account of the author's life through his childhood in Britain, early youth in South Africa and subsequently in, many countries during WWII and life in Canada in later years. Events and experiences are related in frank and explicit style leaving little to the imagination of the reader. Some of the author's personal experiences may raise some eyebrows but throughout the book the author has tried to "call a spade a spade" and leave the reader to assess his or her's own mentality.
The author has lived in many parts of the world including Britain, France, South & East Africa, India, France, USA, and Canada. He was educated at the Nautical College, Pangbourne, UK. and served In the Royal Engineers, and the Royal Army Service Corps. as an officer during WW11. He also spent 30 years with Pratt & Whitney Aircraft in Canada and the USA. He now lives in Chilliwack, British Columbia, with his wife Jane.
